Jerusha is my 11-year-old daughter who was born with orthotic cerebralpalsy. She is my “Miracle Child”. Two weeks after her birth, the doctors advised me that they had spotted something irregular in her and informed me that she will not survive.Even if the baby survives, she will not walk or talk. They took every precaution available and tried their best, but the severe yellow fever had done damage to the baby. The doctors gave up hope, and advised not to expect too much. She could be paralysed, mentally handicapped.
